This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while working closely with hiring managers to fulfill workforce requirements efficiently and maintain a strong talent pipeline.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End RecruitmentManage the full recruitment cycle for internal job openingsUnderstand job requirements and create job descriptionsPost job openings on job portals and internal platformsScreen resumes and shortlist candidates2. Candidate SourcingSource candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referralsBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future needsUse creative sourcing techniques to attract quality talent3. Interview CoordinationSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managersEnsure smooth communication between candidates and interview panelsCollect and document interview feedback4. Candidate ManagementMaintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring processProvide updates on application statusEnsure a positive candidate experience5. Offer ManagementAssist in salary negotiation and offer rolloutCoordinate with candidates for offer acceptance and joining formalities6. Recruitment Reporting & MISTrack recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.)Maintain recruitment databases and reportsEnsure proper documentation of all hiring activitiesRequired Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Preferred Attributes- Experience in internal/corporate hiring
- Strong networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
