Join a fast-growing outsourcing and business services provider supporting companies across Australia and New Zealand through structured, scalable offshore teams. This is a high-impact, short-term engagement focused on transforming an underutilized CRM into a fully functional sales, automation, and reporting engine.
You’ll take full ownership of the HubSpot ecosystem—from discovery and cleanup to automation and handover—ensuring the business can operate independently from day one. This is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on, outcome-driven projects and enjoys building systems from the ground up.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the end-to-end HubSpot implementation, from discovery through to final handover
- Conduct deep discovery sessions to define CRM architecture, lifecycle stages, and data structure
- Audit and clean CRM data, ensuring:
- No duplicates
- Accurate lifecycle stages
- Complete and consistent property fields
- Configure the HubSpot Conversations Inbox, including routing rules and SLAs
- Build automation workflows such as:
- Lead assignment and routing
- Lifecycle stage updates
- Follow-up sequences
- Internal notifications
- Develop custom dashboards and reports for pipeline visibility and performance tracking
- Use Zapier to extend HubSpot functionality where needed
- Deliver structured documentation, SOPs, and walkthroughs for handover
- Ensure the CRM is fully operational and usable without ongoing support
What We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You:
(Non-negotiable requirements)
- Have strong, hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, Workflows, and Conversations Inbox
- Have experience auditing and cleaning CRM data at scale
- Can build automation workflows from scratch (lead routing, lifecycle updates, sequences)
- Have experience using Zapier or similar automation tools
- Can manage a project end-to-end independently without constant supervision
- Have strong documentation skills (clear, structured SOPs for non-technical users)
- Are highly organized, outcome-driven, and able to deliver within tight timelines
- Can start ASAP
What Sets You Apart – You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:
- HubSpot certifications (CRM, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, etc.)
- Experience working with ANZ-based companies or outsourcing/BPO environments
- Experience building sales and operational dashboards
- Strong understanding of CRM-driven sales pipelines and reporting frameworks
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT
- Remote work setup
- Open to PH-based applicants only
- Philippine-based engagement only
