HubSpot Operations Specialist supporting Function Well’s marketing team — focused on workflow management, troubleshooting, forms, and EDM execution.
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)
Strong HubSpot CRM experience (critical requirement)
Must demonstrate hands-on workflow creation — not just general familiarity
Ability to build, edit, and troubleshoot workflows
Includes branching logic, enrollment triggers, and property-based conditions
Experience creating and managing HubSpot forms
Solid understanding of properties, lists, and segmentation
Ability to identify and resolve workflow errors independently
Comfortable working under direction
Molly defines the strategy (“what”)
RP executes inside HubSpot (“how”)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Build new workflows based on Molly’s briefs
Review and fix existing workflow errors (current backlog)
Test workflows before launch
Critical: avoid incorrect notifications or misfires
Create and manage HubSpot forms
Maintain lists, segmentation, and contact properties
Build EDMs in HubSpot using provided copy
Work through backlog of “nice-to-have” workflows
Strong Nice-to-Have
EDM / email marketing via HubSpot
Building campaigns from provided copy
SEO capability (long-term upside)
Function Well currently has strong organic traffic but no active SEO strategy
Candidate who can support both HubSpot + SEO is a standout
Basic copywriting for marketing tasks

Graphic design skills
Canva minimum
Illustrator / vector design = strong differentiator
Experience with fitness/gym CRMs (e.g., GymMaster)
