ITMC / 101VOICE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HubSpot Revenue Operations Coordinator to support CRM management, SDR operations, sales process discipline, pipeline visibility, and revenue reporting.
This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and operational integrity of the companyβs HubSpot CRM environment while supporting the sales and SDR teams with sequencing, automation, prospect organization, reporting, and revenue operations coordination.
The ideal candidate understands that CRM systems are not simply databases, but operational platforms designed to drive revenue growth, accountability, visibility, and consistent sales execution. This position plays an important role in ensuring that opportunities are properly tracked, follow-up activities are occurring consistently, SDR campaigns are organized, and revenue-related reporting remains accurate and actionable.
