About the Role
The client is a UK-based HubSpot and growth marketing consultancy working primarily with B2B clients in the UK, US, and Europe.  Their services include HubSpot implementation, automation, reporting, campaign setup, and client training. Clients engage with them on a mix of project-based work and ongoing retained support.
The company is currently looking to expand their delivery capacity by appointing a HubSpot Consultant to support existing client accounts and contribute to business growth.

What will make you a great fit for this role?

You are super comfortable with HubSpot. 

You have at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience working in HubSpot, and can do a full portal setup from scratch.  You have experience in workflow creation, automation and campaign setup, and can create custom reports and dashboards.

This is a client-facing role. The successful candidate must be capable of independently managing projects, communicating directly with clients, and delivering high-quality HubSpot work.

This is not a junior or administrative position.

  • Custom report creation
  • Dashboard creation
  • Sales performance dashboards
  • Marketing attribution reporting
Client Management
  • Lead onboarding sessions
  • Run HubSpot training sessions
  • Attend client calls (UK hours)
  • Translate business requirements into HubSpot solutions
  • Create proposals
  • Document project work
  • Deliver agreed work within deadlines
Internal Growth Support
  • Support the company’s internal HubSpot portal
  • Assist with outbound and nurture email campaigns
  • Contribute to growth initiatives
  • Identify upsell opportunities within client accounts


Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years hands-on HubSpot experience
  • Experience setting up HubSpot portals from scratch
  • Strong workflow and automation capability
  • Advanced reporting and dashboard experience
  • Experience working with B2B clients
  • Confident client communicator
  • Available during UK working hours
  • Own work-from-home setup (laptop, internet, suitable workspace)
