Instrumental, one of the top Elite HubSpot Partner agencies, is on the lookout for a HubSpot Success Manager to support HubSpot software onboarding and training for our clients. You will have the opportunity to help clients put their HubSpot investment to work through training, coaching, and basic software configuration.

This role will focus on the HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub software's successful deployment while advising clients on the best way to craft strategy and execute within the system. You should be able to demonstrate your experience using HubSpot and inbound marketing strategies.

As a HubSpot Success Manager, you will be accountable for the successful, on-time onboarding of HubSpot for our clients. The ability to effectively communicate inbound best practices, strategies, and how-to instruction is paramount. You'll have the chance to interact directly with clients, guiding them through a journey to understand how everything works and how they can execute strategies for growth.

Who We Are

Instrumental is a digital sales and marketing agency based in Golden, Colorado and a proud Elite HubSpot Partner. We partner with growth-minded organizations to build scalable, data-driven marketing and revenue strategies within the HubSpot ecosystem.

We show up unapologetically on our own terms. We lead with authenticity, build real relationships, and deliver exceptional work. There is a bit of Western frontier energy in how we operate—we are self-made, trailblazing, and committed to doing things the right way.

We are not the loudest in the room, but we earn trust quickly. Whether partnering with a Fortune 500 company, a CMO, or a founder building something from scratch, we meet people where they are and lead with a human-first approach. We care deeply about the craft behind a well-built HubSpot solution and the artistry behind a well-told brand story.

Our work speaks for itself. We have earned more HubSpot Impact Awards than any other agency because we stay focused on what matters most: delivering meaningful results that drive real client success. At Instrumental, high standards and strong culture go hand in hand. We support each other, take ownership, and take pride in the impact we create together.

We also believe modern, high-performing work includes thoughtful use of AI. We are continuously evolving how we work by embracing tools and technologies that help us move faster, think smarter, and deliver better outcomes for our clients.

Who You Are

You show up as your authentic self: grounded, prepared, and ready to contribute.

You take ownership of your work, follow through on commitments, and communicate proactively. You ask thoughtful questions, build trust easily, and look for ways to improve both your work and the team around you.

You adapt your approach to meet people where they are, whether working with founders or enterprise-level leaders, without losing your authenticity. You value both discipline and creativity, and you care about doing things the right way.

You are organized, reliable, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work. Most importantly, you care about your work, your team, and the impact you are making.

You are also curious and open when it comes to AI. You do not need to be an expert, but you are willing to explore, experiment, and adopt new ways of working that improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes. You see AI as a tool to enhance your thinking, not replace it.

How We Think About AI

AI is part of how modern teams do great work.

At Instrumental, we expect a baseline of curiosity, initiative, and practical experimentation when it comes to AI. Our team members consistently look for ways to improve how work gets done—especially by increasing velocity (reducing time to complete a task) and elevating excellence (improving the quality, clarity, and usefulness of the outcome).

The right person for Instrumental is eager to learn, open to evolving tools and workflows, and motivated to help build a more intelligent, efficient, and high-quality way of working.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Demonstrate a passion for training through HubSpot product excellence
  • Serve as the lead advisor to clients, running their onboarding experience and helping them achieve their desired objectives with HubSpot
  • Identify and recommend where AI tools and automation may improve speed, consistency, and clarity
  • Evaluate a customer’s marketing and sales requirements, current tech stack, and business objectives to define their ideal onboarding approach
  • Define future-state processes and customer journeys that guide effective HubSpot implementation
  • Monitor and support HubSpot configuration, sales & marketing activities, campaign setup, technical integrations, reporting, and user adoption
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments within HubSpot

We are looking for people who:

  • Absolutely love HubSpot with 2–4 years of experience
  • Have excellent written and verbal customer-facing communication skills
  • Get energized by helping others learn and achieve
  • Can manage multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously while ensuring timely completion
  • Have significant experience with inbound marketing methodology
  • Find creative ways to meet advanced customer needs
  • Love solving complex problems and dislike repetitive, low-impact work
  • Thrive under pressure and deadlines
  • Work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Add value when presented with unique opportunities
  • Are hungry to learn and grow
  • Can prioritize and balance competing demands
  • Solve for the client and are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the work done

Our Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • Accident insurance for additional peace of mind
  • 401(k) retirement plan to help you save for the future
  • 15 paid holidays each year
  • Generous paid vacation policy
  • Quarterly incentive plan
