Be Part of Something That Shapes Services Across the Country
Every successful service transition starts with great people behind the scenes.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and relationship-focused Implementation Project Administrator to join our National Implementation Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to high-profile projects across Change Grow Live, supporting the mobilisation, transformation and transition of services that positively impact local communities and the people who use our services.
If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, building strong relationships and helping teams deliver at pace, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
About the Team
The National Implementation Team sits within our Change and Transformation Directorate, leading some of the most important moments in our organisational journey.
We work across Adult, Young People's and Specialist Services, supporting colleagues through three key stages:
- Mobilising new services as they join Change Grow Live
- Supporting services through recommissioning and transformation
- Managing safe and effective service closures when contracts come to an end
No two projects are the same. The work is varied, dynamic and often fast-moving, but it's also incredibly rewarding. You'll join an experienced, supportive team that values collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
The Opportunity
As an Implementation Project Administrator, you'll play a central role in keeping projects organised, connected and moving forward.
Working closely with Project Managers, Project Support Officers and colleagues across operational and central teams, you'll provide high-quality administrative support across a diverse portfolio of projects. You'll become a trusted point of contact, helping ensure stakeholders stay informed, project information remains accurate and key milestones are delivered smoothly.
Your contribution will help teams navigate periods of change confidently and effectively.
In this role, you'll:
- Act as a central point of contact for implementation team enquiries and correspondence
- Coordinate and manage multiple team inboxes, responding appropriately and escalating where required
- Organise meetings, manage diaries and provide professional minute-taking support
- Maintain project documentation, trackers and electronic filing systems
- Support quality assurance and version control processes across project records
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously, helping teams stay on track and organised
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the organisation
- Support local teams by sharing guidance on Change Grow Live processes and ways of working during service transitions
- Contribute to the smooth mobilisation, retention and closure of services across the country
Important Information
- This is primarily a home-based role within a virtual national team.
- Occasional travel across the UK may be required, sometimes for up to one week at a time.
- Please ensure you read and respond to the Implementation Project Administrator Role Specific Addendum. Shortlisting will be based on your ability to demonstrate how you meet the criteria outlined within this document.
- Successful candidates will be notified of interview outcomes by 22 October 2026.
- Interviews will take place via Microsoft Teams on 29 October 2026.
Internal Applicants
As this is a secondment opportunity, applicants are encouraged to discuss the role with their line manager before applying to ensure a timely release can be supported should they be successful.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
Who We're Looking For
You're someone who enjoys creating clarity, staying organised and helping others succeed.
You take pride in delivering high-quality work, have a natural eye for detail and can confidently balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing deadlines and changing priorities
- Experience coordinating meetings, diary management and minute-taking
- Confidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms and Teams
- Experience managing busy inboxes and responding professionally to enquiries
- The ability to work proactively and independently while remaining a strong team player
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships quickly
- A willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to a continuously evolving environment
Why Join the National Implementation Team?
This is an excellent development opportunity for someone looking to broaden their exposure to change, transformation and project delivery within a national organisation.
You'll gain unique insight into how services are mobilised, transformed and supported across Change Grow Live, while developing valuable project, stakeholder management and organisational skills that can support future progression into project management, programme support and transformation roles.
