Duties & Responsibilities

About the Role
Are you an experienced and self-driven financial adviser ready to scale your business and income potential? Meta Heights Capital, in partnership with Lifecheq, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Adviser to join their growing team.


This role offers the best of both worlds: the independence of running your own client base with the backing of LifeCheq’s powerful technology, marketing tools, and operational support. You’ll have access to a digital-first advisory platform, supportive lead generation, and ongoing professional development, all designed to help you focus on what you do best: building relationships and providing exceptional financial advice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire, engage, and retain clients through personalised financial planning.
  • Conduct detailed financial needs analyses and develop tailored strategies.
  • Promote and sell a range of financial products (risk, investment, retirement, and funeral cover).
  • Deliver ongoing service and portfolio reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Adhere to FAIS and FSCA regulations at all times.
  • Manage client onboarding, documentation, and compliance through LifeCheq’s digital platform.
  • Maintain accurate client records and uphold regulatory and company standards.
  • Consistently meet and exceed growth and retention targets.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • NQF Level 5 qualification (recognized by FSCA)
  • RE5 Accreditation (essential)
  • 3+ years experience as a Financial Adviser or in financial services sales
  • Proven record of achieving sales and growth targets
  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • Own reliable transport
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently

Package & Remuneration

This role offers an initial stipend to the adviser for the first 3 months after which it becomes a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, supported by access to Lifecheq’s business development resources, marketing support, and technology. The stipend amount and commission structure offered is dependent on the adviser’s experience, qualifications and market development strategy.
