Introduction

We are seeking Independent Sales Consultants with 2–3 years’ experience in direct sales to drive the acquisition of new customers for our telecommunications products and services.

This is a fully commission-based, field-driven role suited to individuals who operate with a high level of independence, are confident in face-to-face selling, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Consultants will spend most of their time in the field generating business, with limited in-office engagement for reporting and support.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and acquire new customers through direct, face-to-face sales
  • Promote and sell a range of telecommunication products and services
  • Conduct door-to-door, and on-site sales activities
  • Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Accurately capture customer information and sales data
  • Provide weekly reporting on performance and activities
  • Attend weekly office meetings for updates, support, and training
  • Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • 2–3 years’ sales experience (telecommunications preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in field sales / direct selling environments
  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
  • Own smartphone (essential for communication and reporting)
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
