IT Security Administrator

This is a remote position.

Yashuss Unlimited is looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Security Manager to establish, implement, monitor, and continuously improve the organization’s IT security infrastructure, policies, and compliance framework.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing all organizational hardware, software, endpoints, identities, networks, and access controls while ensuring compliance with ISO-aligned security best practices.

This role will lead the implementation and management of centralized security systems, endpoint protection, access management, device monitoring, and software governance across the organization.

• Centralize and secure all organizational access management
  
• Ensure complete visibility and monitoring of hardware and software assets
  
• Reduce security risks and unauthorized access
  
• Build scalable and secure IT governance practices
  
• Maintain compliance-oriented IT security standards
  
  

Infrastructure & Endpoint Security

• Manage and monitor endpoint security solutions including Seqrite and related security tools
  
• Configure and maintain firewall, antivirus, anti-malware, ransomware, and web security policies
  
• Implement centralized endpoint monitoring and management
  
• Ensure secure configuration of laptops, desktops, servers, and network devices
  
• Monitor hardware and software inventory across the organization
  

• Implement and manage centralized authentication using Zoho Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  
• Enforce Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  
• Ensure all systems use centralized login credentials
  
• Manage role-based access controls (RBAC)
  
• Monitor and control administrator privileges and privileged access
  

• Implement centralized software installation and upgrade management
  
• Restrict unauthorized software installations
  
• Maintain software compliance and patch management
  
• Restrict USB devices, ports, and unauthorized peripherals
  
• Configure browser restrictions and internet usage policies
  

• Align IT infrastructure with ISO 27001 and security best practices
  
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and SOPs
  
• Configure logging, monitoring, and audit trails
  
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk reviews
  
• Monitor policy violations and suspicious activities
  

• Configure firewall rules and endpoint protection policies
  
• Restrict access to unauthorized websites and applications
  
• Manage social media and internet access based on employee roles
  
• Ensure secure VPN and remote access practices
  

• Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats
  
• Coordinate remediation activities and security improvements
  
• Implement remote administration and system wipe capabilities
  
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery coordination
  

• Maintain security documentation and compliance records
  
• Generate periodic security and compliance reports
  
• Conduct employee awareness and security training sessions
  
• Work with leadership on security strategy and governance
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in IT Security Management
  
• Hands-on experience with Seqrite Endpoint Security
  
• Experience with Zoho Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 security practices
  
• Endpoint security and firewall management experience
  
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  
• Windows system administration
  
• Network and device security management
  
• Experience with centralized software deployment and monitoring
  

• ISO 27001 implementation experience
  
• Microsoft Security certifications
  
• Experience in SMB or enterprise IT environments
  
• Knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks
  
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
