Junior Front-End Developer

6Minded is an award-winning Elite HubSpot Partner based in Poland, operating mainly in international markets. We are the only awarded HubSpot partner in CEE and have delivered solutions to more than 400 clients worldwide, including well-known brands such as Strava, Docplanner, and Palo Alto Networks.

We are looking for a Front-End Developer (Junior) who wants to grow their career in a structured, international tech environment and work on real digital products for global brands.

We’re looking for a Junior Front-End Developer with initial commercial experience and exposure to CMS or eCommerce systems. You will work closely with our development team and project managers to deliver high-quality websites and marketing platforms for international clients.

In your role, you'll be responsible for:

• implementing front-end views based on Figma designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• customizing and developing themes/templates within HubSpot CMS
• supporting ongoing development and optimization of client websites
• ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• collaborating with developers and project managers to deliver tasks on time
• participating in code reviews and continuously improving code quality

We are looking for someone who:

• has basic commercial experience as a Front-End Developer (internship, freelance, or junior position)
• has experience working with at least one CMS or eCommerce platform (e.g., HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.)
• has good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6 basics)
• understands responsive design principles
• pays attention to detail and cares about clean, structured code
• communicates well in English (B2+ at least)
• is proactive and eager to learn

Nice to have:

• experience with Git
• basic knowledge of performance optimization
• understanding of SEO fundamentals

Recruitment Process

During the recruitment process, you can expect:

1. Online conversation with our recruiter – an introduction to 6Minded, the role, and a discussion about your expectations and experience.

2. Small recruitment task (to complete at home) – a practical front-end task to assess your coding style, problem-solving skills, and approach to working with CMS/templates.

3. Meeting with the Development Team – discussion about your solution, technical decisions, and your previous experience.

4. Meeting with the Project Manager and CEO – final conversation focused on culture fit, collaboration style, and long-term growth.
