We’re looking for someone energetic, proactive, and hungry to grow within the recruitment industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • New business development & client acquisition
  • Taking detailed job briefs
  • Sourcing and headhunting candidates
  • Screening, interviewing & shortlisting
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Managing offers and placement process
  • Full admin function related to recruitment

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric (Grade 12) – essential
  • 2–3+ years’ experience in recruitment
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle
  • Strong business development skills
  • Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
  • Confident in client liaison and building long-term relationships
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
