As we continue expanding globally, we're looking for an exceptional Keap/Infusionsoft Automation Specialist to help build and optimize one of the most sophisticated AI-first CRM ecosystems in our organization.
This isn't a traditional CRM administration role.
You won't simply update contact records or send newsletters.
You'll become one of the technical specialists responsible for designing intelligent customer journeys that support marketing, sales, onboarding, education, customer success, partnerships, and business operations.
You'll work directly with Marketing, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Executive Leadership, Product, Automation Specialists, and AI Engineers to build scalable systems that improve every stage of the customer lifecycle.

You'll build sophisticated CRM systems using Keap (formerly Infusionsoft), including campaigns, automation sequences, lead nurturing, customer onboarding, forms, landing pages, opportunity pipelines, reporting dashboards, integrations, and AI-powered workflows.
This is an AI-first technical role.
You'll actively use AI throughout planning, workflow design, documentation, QA, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement.
