Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, attract, and generate qualified leads interested in real estate investment opportunities across Lagos, Abuja, and Houston.

Your role is to:

  • Build targeted lead lists across local and international markets
  • Execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels
  • Support paid marketing initiatives and outreach campaigns
  • Deliver qualified investor and buyer opportunities to the sales team

Core Responsibilities

1. Lead Research & List Building
You will be responsible for:

  • Building targeted lead lists of property investors and homebuyers
  • Identifying prospects across the United States, Nigeria, and diaspora communities
  • Researching leads using LinkedIn, online directories, Apollo, and lead generation tools
  • Sourcing decision-makers and high-intent prospects

 Focus on quality, relevance, and investment potential
 Build scalable pipelines of qualified opportunities

2. Lead Capture & Marketing Support
You must support and execute campaigns through:

  • Facebook Ads
  • Instagram Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Landing page lead forms
  • Email marketing campaigns

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting campaigns targeting buyers interested in Lagos, Abuja, and Houston properties
  • Monitoring campaign performance
  • Improving lead quality and conversion rates
  • Optimizing paid acquisition efforts

 Speed, targeting, and lead quality are critical

3. Data Management
You will collect, organize, and maintain lead information including:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Location
  • Investment interest
  • Budget profile

Responsibilities include:

  • Updating CRM platforms or spreadsheets
  • Maintaining clean and accurate databases
  • Ensuring no lead data is lost or duplicated

4. Lead Qualification
You must identify:

  • Interest in real estate investment
  • Budget range
  • Preferred property location
  • Purchase timeline
  • Investment readiness

 If they do not qualify → nurture or segment appropriately
 If they qualify → move quickly to sales handoff

5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the sales team for timely follow-up
  • Track campaign performance and lead generation metrics
  • Report on qualified lead volume, conversion rates, and acquisition costs
  • Identify opportunities for campaign improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile

 Low-quality lead generation

We DO want:

✔ Proven experience in lead generation, research, or digital marketing
✔ Experience running or supporting Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads
✔ Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM platforms
✔ Strong analytical, research, and data organization skills
✔ Understanding of real estate or investment markets
✔ Experience targeting diaspora communities and international investors
✔ Organized, consistent, and results-driven execution

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Number of qualified leads generated weekly and monthly
  • Lead data accuracy and database quality
  • Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
  • Cost per lead from paid campaigns
  • Speed of lead delivery to the sales team
