Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our US-based operations. The ideal candidate excels in communication, can work independently during night shift hours, and is comfortable handling administrative, lead generation, and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Review company-provided lists to identify potential leads or decision-makers.

  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, or messaging tools.

  • Schedule meetings or demos for the client’s team.

  • Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style to maximize conversions.

CRM & Data Management

  • Update and manage CRM records (Salesforce or similar).

  • Track call outcomes, follow-ups, and prospect status.

  • Maintain accurate and complete data for reporting.

Communication & Coordination

  • Make outbound calls using VOIP tools (e.g., Dialpad).

  • Respond to email inquiries and manage general communication.

  • Coordinate schedules, meeting invites, and task deadlines.

General Administrative Support

  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation as needed.

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks from the sales or operations team.

  • Support smooth workflow between outreach, emails, and CRM updates.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as a VA, Lead Generation Specialist, Customer Service Rep, or similar role.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls during night shift.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Reliable internet connection and professional WFH setup.
