• Conduct detailed industry and sector research across healthcare, aged care, education, associations, government sectors and additional areas as directed, to identify strategic business development opportunities
• Build and maintain targeted prospect and company databases aligned to service offerings and targeted client profiles.
• Identify key decision-makers and relevant stakeholders within target organizations
• Support and proactively drive professional LinkedIn outreach and relationship-building activities in a professional, thoughtful, values-aligned, and strategic manner
• Assist in developing and nurturing a qualified business development pipeline to support increased client conversations, proposal opportunities and revenue growth
• Monitor lead engagement and support follow-up activities to help move prospects through the pipeline toward meetings and conversion opportunities • Coordinate appointment setting, calendar management and meeting preparation for prospective client conversations
• Support optimization of LinkedIn profiles, messaging, and business positioning
• Assist with administrative business development tasks and presentation preparation as needed
