About the Role
The client operates an independent global training platform for ITAM, SAM, HAM and software-licensing professionals.Β They serve hundreds of organisations across regulated sectors, including banking, insurance, public sector, utilities, pharma, aviation and manufacturing.
The current need is for a lead generation and marketing campaigns specialist who will fill up the pipeline. You will own lead generation and campaigns end-to-end: finding the right prospects, running the campaigns that reach them, nurturing leads, and turning interest into booked conversations with the team.

Your experience managing CRM systems, campaigns, and lead pipelines, combined with a self-motivated approach and attention to detail, positions you well to take ownership of the lead generation function.
What you'll do
You will own one number - qualified platform demonstrations per month.Β You will:
- Find and qualify prospects among ITAM, SAM and licensing leaders and their teams, and run outbound to reach them.
- Build, run and report campaigns in Zoho CRM, including automation and nurture sequences.
- Own follow-up. Most prospects do not reply to a first approach. Building the sequences that re-engage them is core to the role.
- Set up and own the tracking, booking links and routing for each campaign, into Zoho and the calendar.
- Apply a consistent attribution convention across every campaign, so channels can be compared and spend can be directed at what works.

Requirements
- A hunter. You are comfortable with outbound, and you enjoy working with the prospects who do not reply to the first approach.
- Fluent and confident in Zoho CRM. You build and run your own campaigns, automation, tracking and routing, and you do not wait for someone else to set the plumbing up for you.
- Disciplined with data. You tag sources consistently, and you report honestly against a single metric.
- Self-directed. You take a clear strategy and execute it without day-to-day direction.
- AI first - comfortable using AI tools.

Own work-from-home setup (laptop, internet & workspace).
Desirable:
- Experience selling into or marketing to B2B technical or enterprise buyers.
- Familiarity with ITAM, SAM, software licensing, or adjacent enterprise IT.

Familiarity with Saas, subscriptions or online training.
