The Role:
You’ll focus on generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact, and handing over warm opportunities for conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new leads through phone and email.
Maintain lead data and follow-up records.
Collaborate with the sales team on outreach strategies.
Help achieve monthly growth targets.

R8,000 base salary + commission (OTE R25,000/month).

Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, lead generation, or direct sales with proven results.
Professional English communication, both written and spoken.
Able to work independently from a remote location.

Consistently meets lead conversion and sales targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experienced with CRM systems to manage prospects and track progress.
