Lead Generation & LinkedIn Research Specialist (Remote)
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Lead Generation & LinkedIn Research Specialist to help grow our recruitment business. The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, and enjoys researching, sourcing, and building high-quality prospect lists.
Part time (Flexi 2 hours per day)
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Identify and research prospective clients.
- Use ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to build targeted lead lists.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Verify contact information and company details.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure all data is accurate, organised, and complete.
- Support the recruitment and business development teams with high-quality research.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn sourcing.
- Experience using ZoomInfo or similar lead generation tools.
- Excellent research and internet search skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
