Location: South Africa (Remote)
Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM SA Time (USA Business Hours)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation / Business Development Sales Representative to help generate new business opportunities

You will be responsible for engaging with prospects, building relationships, and closing sales (B2B)

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contac leads via phone, email, and other outreach methods
  • Introduce the client's services and identify potential opportunities
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at nursing homes, hotels, and real estate properties
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the client
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and outcomes
  • Provide regular updates and communicate with the client multiple times throughout the day
  • Meet daily and weekly activity targets
  • Collaborate with management and maintain progress tracking sheets

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Business Development, or Outbound Sales
  • Minimum 2+ years' B2B Sales
  • Strong telephone communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Highly organized and responsive with excellent follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently while remaining accountable and communicative
  • Reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection
  • Available to work 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM SA Time
  • Available for an immediate start
