About the Role

We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify prospective clients for UK-based businesses. You will use a mix of outbound research, email outreach, and CRM management to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys research and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, databases, and other online tools

  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate interest and qualify prospects

  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate lead data

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies

  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance

  • Nurture prospects through the sales funnel and schedule meetings for senior sales staff

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar outbound role

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and lead research platforms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed targets

  • Experience with email outreach tools (e.g. Mailshake, Lemlist, Apollo) is advantageous
