We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify prospective clients for UK-based businesses. You will use a mix of outbound research, email outreach, and CRM management to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads. Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, databases, and other online tools
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate interest and qualify prospects
Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate lead data
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies
Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance
Nurture prospects through the sales funnel and schedule meetings for senior sales staff
1+ year of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar outbound role
Proficiency with CRM tools and lead research platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Experience with email outreach tools (e.g. Mailshake, Lemlist, Apollo) is advantageous
Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
Quiet, dedicated home workspace
