Lead Generator & Business Development Specialist

As the newest member of the largest payments association, you’ll have the freedom to shape the role to match your strengths, interests, and vision.

This position supports the full sales cycle and collaborates across departments to enhance member engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and industry directories.
• Execute outreach campaigns via email and phone, scheduling discovery calls with prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports on lead activity and pipeline progress.
• Support proposal development and customize materials for prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Assist with onboarding, renewals, and identifying opportunities for engagement and retention.

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in lead generation, sales support, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Preferred:

• Experience with Association Management Systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
