The team at RTA is looking for a Learning Experience Designer. This role is the sole architect of our digital training presence. You aren't just an admin; you are the owner of the learner's journey and the creative engine behind our customer-facing education.

The Bottom Line
You’ve made it this far, so congratulations! We are really looking for a builder—someone with an almost frightening intensity around creating scalable learning experiences and mastering the details of training operations.
Total compensation for the role is between $90,000 and $110,000, depending on experience. This is a full-time, hybrid or remote-friendly role, reporting to the Manager of Professional Services.
