We are looking for a Lifecycle / CRM Lead, who will deliver +70% YoY revenue growth from lifecycle channels by systematically improving conversion and LTV, as well as building a cohesive lifecycle user experience across the entire Luminar ecosystem that helps users clearly understand the value of the products and naturally move between them.
Requirements:
Lifecycle & CRM Expertise
Deep hands-on experience building lifecycle funnels (email, push, in-app) across mobile and web products: onboarding, activation, purchase, retention, upsell, and winback. Strong understanding of how lifecycle impacts conversion, DRR, LTV, and overall channel payback.
End-to-End Growth Mindset
Experience managing the full user journey from first touchpoint to repeat purchases and upsells. Ability to view lifecycle not as a standalone channel, but as a growth function that connects acquisition, product, and monetization.
Data-Driven & Analytical Approach
Confident working with conversion, DRR, ARPU, LTV, retention, cohort analysis, and A/B testing. Ability to formulate hypotheses, evaluate impact, and make decisions based on data rather than intuition.
Revenue & Efficiency Orientation
Focus on measurable business outcomes: growing revenue from lifecycle channels, increasing LTV, and improving LTV/CAC efficiency. Clear understanding of how lifecycle can reduce effective CAC by maximizing value from existing traffic.
Systems & Structured Thinking
Ability to build lifecycle as a structured system: documentation of funnels, segments, communication rules, standards, and principles. Skilled at eliminating chaos, duplication, and cross-team or cross-product conflicts.
Ownership Mindset & Proactivity
Willingness to take full responsibility for lifecycle results, independently identify growth opportunities, initiate changes, and drive measurable impact without constant oversight.
Hands-On Approach
Ability to independently launch lifecycle flows, automations, and A/B experiments; work directly with CRM/ESP tools, data, and segmentation—especially in the early stages of the role.
Prioritization & Decision-Making
Ability to focus on initiatives with the highest potential impact, decline low-impact tasks, and balance promotional initiatives with long-term systemic lifecycle improvements.
Management & Embedded Team Collaboration
Experience working with embedded lifecycle managers or adjacent roles: setting standards and priorities, mentoring, and ensuring consistent execution quality and unified approaches.
Communication & Cross-Functional Partnership
Ability to collaborate effectively with PMM, acquisition, product, and analytics teams, and to justify lifecycle decisions through data and business impact rather than subjective preference.
AI Literacy
Practical use of AI tools for data analysis, hypothesis generation, segmentation, personalization, and optimization of lifecycle processes.
