An international customer experience company is hiring Lithuanian-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a Digital Automotive Services project.

This is a fully remote position for candidates already living in mainland Portugal.

Monday – Friday
08:00 – 17:00

Weekends off

Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Lithuanian and English

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat

• Resolve service inquiries and provide accurate information

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

• Document interactions in internal systems

Requirements

• Native or fluent Lithuanian

• English B2 level or higher

• Currently living in Portugal (mainland)

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

Salary & Benefits

• 920€ base salary (14 months)

• 45€ complexity bonus (11 months)

• Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day
