About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable machine learning models that power our AI-driven recruitment platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models for natural language processing, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML models into production-ready web applications.
• Optimize existing algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve recruitment matching logic.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling.
• Experience deploying machine learning models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) (typically expected).
