We’re looking for a highly experienced Marketing & Content Manager to lead and execute content across our growing ecosystem — including Monkey Academy (AI-focused education platform) and Enterprise Monkey (digital & AI solutions company).
You will play a key role in shaping how we educate, engage, and position our brand and offerings in the market.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We need someone who:
Lives and breathes AI, content, and digital trends
Can think strategically but also execute hands-on
Is comfortable working across multiple products, audiences, and formats


Key Responsibilities

1. Monkey Academy (AI Education Platform)

Work closely with internal SMEs to simplify complex AI concepts
Lead content strategy and execution for AI-focused programs
Create high-quality:
Learning resources
Course content outlines
Scripts for videos and webinars
Plan and manage:
Webinars, workshops, and AI training sessions
Educational content funnels
Stay across AI trends and translate them into practical, engaging content


2. Enterprise Monkey – Brand & Marketing

Own and manage end-to-end content strategy
Develop and execute:
Social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Thought leadership content
Campaign messaging and positioning
Translate business offerings into clear, compelling narratives
Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with business goals

3. Content Production & Distribution

Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and brand voice
Oversee creation of:
Podcasts (full episodes + snippets)
Short-form and long-form videos
Blogs, case studies, and marketing assets
Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach


4. Community & Engagement

Monitor engagement and continuously improve content performance
Act as a community manager for both Monkey Academy and Enterprise Monkey
Build and nurture an engaged audience across platforms
Drive participation in webinars, events, and content initiatives


5. Collaboration & Operations

Ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
Work closely with:
Communications & Operations Executive (Tanisha, AU)
Leadership team
Designers, developers, and AI specialists
Coordinate content calendars, campaigns, and launches



Experience

5+ years in content marketing / digital marketing / content strategy
Proven experience managing multi-channel content ecosystems
Experience in AI, tech, SaaS, or education platforms (highly preferred)

Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
Deep understanding of:
Social media content strategies
Video-first content (short + long form)
Webinar and educational content design
Ability to simplify complex topics (especially AI)
Highly organised with strong execution capability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-product environment
