Hey! We’re Scale Up, and our client is looking to hire a Marketing Graphic Designer for a Fast-Growing SaaS Startup.
Type of Employment: Contractor (Long-term)
Work Modality: 100% Remote
Work Schedule: Full-time
Time Zone: US East Coast (must be available during ET working hours)
Location: LATAM
About Our Client
Our client believes partnerships are the future of go-to-market. They drive 30–50% of company revenue, yet most partner teams are still stuck with spreadsheets, email chains, and outdated CRMs built for a different era. The result? Wasted time, lost deals, and inefficiencies that slow growth.
They are building an AI-native Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform designed for modern partnership teams, replacing manual work, eliminating partner friction, and turning partner activity into scalable, measurable revenue.
The company has experienced exceptional growth, serves leading technology companies, and continues to expand rapidly. They move fast, build intentionally, and focus on delivering real value. If you're excited to solve meaningful problems, collaborate with smart teammates, and make a visible impact, this could be a great opportunity.
Role Overview
As our client's Marketing Graphic Designer, you will be the creative force behind everything the company puts in front of prospects, customers, and the market. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce the visual assets that power their go-to-market motion: pitch decks, one-pagers, social content, email templates, event materials, and more.
This is a hands-on execution role. You are not defining the strategy—you are bringing it to life visually with speed, quality, and brand consistency. The team moves fast, the work ships quickly, and if you thrive in that environment, this role was built for you.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and proposal templates.
Create visual assets for digital marketing across social media, email campaigns, and paid media.
Support the marketing and leadership team with presentation design for internal and external communications.
Develop and maintain reusable templates and asset libraries that help the team move faster while staying on-brand.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate messaging and positioning into compelling visual narratives.
Ensure all design outputs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with fast turnaround times and minimal revision cycles.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality and consistency of the company's visual presence in the market.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of GTM or marketing-focused work.
A portfolio is required to be considered—ideally including pitch decks, one-pagers, or social assets created for a B2B brand.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong presentation design skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into clean, compelling slides.
Comfortable using AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Claude Design, or similar to accelerate production without sacrificing quality.
Experience creating assets across multiple formats: digital, print, social, and email.
Strong attention to brand consistency and visual detail.
Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally while receiving feedback.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for B2B SaaS companies.
Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing.
What Will Not Work Here
Waiting for a brief to be perfect before getting started.
Treating multiple revision cycles as the default instead of the exception.
Prioritizing aesthetics over clarity and function.
Needing heavy direction to produce high-quality work.
Why Join?
See your work directly influence how the company shows up in the market every day.
Work alongside a sharp, fast-moving GTM team with real traction.
Help build the design function from the ground up—this is the first dedicated GTM design hire, and future growth will be built on the foundation you establish.
Competitive compensation and benefits.
Entrepreneurial culture with high ownership and low ego.
If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
