• About the Client:

  • The client has been a dedicated esthetician and skin therapist since 2015 and operates a successful independent practice.

  • Due to recent business challenges, the client is seeking a proactive and skilled Virtual Assistant to support business growth through marketing, lead generation, and administrative tasks.

• Position Overview:

  • The role is for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with experience in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.

  • The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, and skilled in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and administrative support.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Lead Generation:

    • Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads using Buffer or similar tools

    • Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns

    • Generate and nurture inbound leads without cold calling

  • Content Creation:

    • Assist with creating blog posts, podcasts, and e-books

    • Write marketing copy for ads, emails, websites, and case studies

  • Administrative Support:

    • Create and manage forms, documents, and case studies

    • Support additional operational and organizational tasks as needed

🧠 Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in the beauty, spa, esthetics, or wellness industry is preferred

• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and social media management

• Hands-on experience with paid ads and marketing platforms

• Strong copywriting skills for marketing and promotional materials

• Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
