Midstream Software Engineer (Full Stack)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, Node.js, Angular or React, and strong database knowledge in SQL Server and Oracle. The ideal candidate must have hands on experience building and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure, and working with CI/CD Pipelines.

Responsibilities
• Develop end to end applications using C#, .NET, and Node.js.
• Build responsive UI components using modern SPA frameworks (Angular/React).
• Design and optimize databases using SQL Server and Oracle.
• Develop serverless solutions using Azure Functions.
• Work with Azure PaaS services such as App Services, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, API Management, Logic Apps, etc.
• Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration layers.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including architects and DevOps.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure performance optimization.
• Follow best practices for secure, scalable cloud-native development.

Required Skills
• +Strong proficiency in C# / .NET for backend API and serverless development
• +Experience with Node.js and TypeScript for server-side application development
• +Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript SPA frameworks (React / Angular)
• +Solid knowledge of SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, specifically:
• Azure Functions (HTTP and timer triggers, isolated worker model)
• Azure Blob Storage, Queue Storage, and File Shares
• +Azure Key Vault for secrets and configuration management
• +Azure Static Web Apps and App Services
• Azure Application Insights for monitoring and telemetry
• +Experience with enterprise authentication using OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect (e.g., Azure AD, MSAL, JWT Bearer tokens)
• +Knowledge of RESTful API design, middleware patterns, and schema validation
• +Hands-on with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum teams, with a solid understanding of iterative delivery, sprint cadences, and continuous improvement practices

Preferred Skills
• Proficiency with ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework Core, Prisma)
• Experience with Oracle Database
• Experience writing unit and integration tests (e.g., xUnit, MSTest, Vitest, Supertest)
• Experience with AWS Cloud
• Experience maintaining or modernizing legacy web frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, ASP.NET MVC / Web Forms)
• +Effective communication skills for collaborating with pipeline engineers, operations teams, and business stakeholders
