Motion Designer - DaVinci Resolve (German-speaking)

This isn’t your typical agency gig. We’re looking for a highly skilled Motion Designer to join our Obsidian team in Banja Luka, but with a unique mission: you will be the dedicated, "embedded" creative partner for Elbdudler, one of Hamburg's fastest and sharpest creative digital agencies.
This is a role for a true specialist. We need an expert in the DaVinci Resolve ecosystem who is also comfortable in the Adobe Creative Suite (Ps/Ai). You'll be in direct contact with the creative team in Hamburg, so a good working command of German is key for daily collaboration.
What you'll do
As the go-to motion specialist, you'll be the creative and technical bridge to the Elbdudler team. You will have full ownership of your projects, from concept to delivery.
Own the Post-Production: You will independently manage the entire video post-production workflow, with a primary focus on DaVinci Resolve. This includes editing, high-end color grading, sound design (Fairlight), and mastering.
Bring Ideas to Life: Animate 2D/2.5D graphics and typography that are sharp, clever, and perfectly on-brand. (Experience in Resolve's Fusion page is a massive plus).
Collaborate (in German): You'll be in daily, direct contact with the Hamburg team. You'll take briefs, challenge ideas, understand creative nuances, and present your work with all in German.
Master Social-First: Create fast-paced, "snackable" content that stops the scroll. You understand the formats, rhythm, and technical specs for TikTok, Reels, and Stories im Schlaf (in your sleep).
Experience you'll bring
A DaVinci Resolve Pro: You have proven, expert-level experience in DaVinci Resolve (Edit, Color, Fairlight). Your portfolio screams craft and technical skill.
Fluent German Speaker (C1/C2): You are 100% fluent in German. You can debate creative concepts, understand subtle feedback, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
An Impressive Portfolio: You have a reel that shows your talent in motion design, editing, and color grading. (A link is required to apply).
Agency-Bred: You have 2-3+ years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment. You know how to handle tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and complex feedback.
Social Native: You intrinsically understand what works on digital channels and how to create for them.
A "No Bullshit" Attitude: You are confident enough to be humble. You are a 100% team player who takes responsibility, communicates proactively, and is always looking for a solution when "nothing seems possible."
Obsessed with Detail: You are structured, organized, and have a sharp eye for design, typography, and rhythm.
