Abalobi Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer (Advanced) to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring secure and seamless access across applications. You will be responsible for implementing, troubleshooting, and improving IAM processes while working closely with stakeholders and internal teams. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in IAM, IT security, agile methods, and DevOps practices, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills
- Solution crafting and documentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and IT Security
- Expert knowledge of at least one IAM Solution (preferred OneIdentity)
- Expertise in agile development and DevOps incl. JIRA / Confluence
- Knowledge of current IT architectures, vendors and trends
- Incident and Change Management skills
- ITSM ServiceNow Knowledge
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
- Practical knowledge of OneIdentity IAM solution
- Ability to review and troubleshoot scripts and code
- Fluent in German speaking and translation
- SAP Knowledge – SAP IAM and role model
- Knowledge of Identity access management processes and protocols in Azure and AWS
