Our client, a small but expanding and national short-term insurance brokerage is seeking to recruit a Personal Lines Underwriter based in Cape town. This position will be hybrid during the training phase and will then become a work from home position.
Duties & Responsibilities
Handling all aspects of personal lines underwriting which will include quoting on new business, assisting clients with queries, preparing renewals, loading new business, amendments, policy administration etc
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum of 3 to 5 years personal lines underwriting experience
Matric
RE and NQF4 or recognised degree
Experience with Nimbis, Santam broker portal and FSP office (FSP Hub) would be beneficial
Must have a home office setup, with reliable Wi-Fi connection. A laptop and Wi-Fi contribution will be provided.
