Introduction

Are you ready to move beyond standard low-code and step into the world of Generative AI? We are looking for a Power Platform Developer who specializes in AI & Intelligent Automation to join a high-maturity environment.

This isn't just about building apps; you will be architecting autonomous agents and "intelligent" workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder. If you are a PL-400 certified developer who thrives at the intersection of Azure AI and the Power Platform, we want to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • AI & Copilot Integration: Design and implement custom Copilots using Copilot Studio, including the configuration of topics, entities, and AI-driven generative answers.

  • Intelligent Automation: Build and maintain sophisticated AI Builder models (e.g., document processing, sentiment analysis, and prediction models) to automate manual data extraction and decision-making processes.

  • App Development: Develop complex Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) that integrate seamlessly with AI components to provide intuitive user experiences.

  • Workflow Orchestration: Design enterprise-grade Power Automate cloud and desktop (RPA) flows, incorporating AI-driven logic to handle unstructured data and complex branching.

  • Data Architecture: Manage and optimize Dataverse environments, ensuring robust data modeling, security roles, and integration with external data sources.

  • Governance & ALM: Support the established Center of Excellence (CoE) by adhering to DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies and using Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines for CI/CD.

  • Solution Design: Translate complex business problems into technical roadmaps, providing feasibility assessments for AI-driven transformation projects.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Core Platform: 4+ years of experience with the Power Platform (Apps, Automate, Dataverse).

  • AI Specialty: Proven experience with Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) and AI Builder implementations.

  • Connectors: High proficiency in using Standard, Premium, and Custom Connectors to bridge the platform with external APIs.

  • Azure Foundations: Understanding of Azure AI Services (OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services) and how they interact with the Power Platform.

  • Development Tools: Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, PCF (Power Apps Component Framework), and C# for custom plugins is a significant advantage.

  • Reporting: Ability to build and embed Power BI dashboards within Power Apps for real-time AI-driven insights.

 

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Required Certifications: 

    • PL-100/PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant)

    • PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate)

  • Advantageous Certifications:

    • PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)

    • AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer Associate) or AI-900.
