- Review draft reports and documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify spelling, grammatical, formatting, factual, and logical errors.
- Check documentation for missing information and inconsistencies.
- Ensure reports meet client-specific insurance and documentation requirements.
- Verify that documents align with internal company guidelines, industry standards, and applicable requirements.
- Provide clear, constructive, and easy-to-understand feedback to report authors.
- Identify required amendments and ensure revisions address the relevant issues.
- Review high volumes of documentation efficiently while maintaining a strong level of accuracy.
- Complete forms and transfer client-specific information accurately using available records.
- Cross-check information between documents and source records.
- Maintain a consistent approach to quality and compliance across all reviewed documentation.
- Escalate discrepancies or concerns where additional clarification is required.
