Remote Cruise & Vacation Specialist

We are looking for dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Remote Cruise & Vacation Specialist. In this position, you'll help clients plan and book trips that match their interests and budgets, from memorable cruises and exciting theme park vacations to tropical all-inclusive resorts and once-in-a-lifetime adventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with identifying travel options that fit their needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research, plan, and coordinate vacations, including cruises, flights, hotels, excursions, and vacation packages
• Make reservations and help manage changes, cancellations, and other booking requests
• Provide destination information, travel tips, and recommendations to enhance the client experience
• Offer support throughout the planning process and help clients prepare for their upcoming trips
• Maintain knowledge of travel suppliers, industry updates, and available travel opportunities

• Basic computer skills and an openness to learning new systems and platforms
• Previous experience in travel, customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not required
