Job Title: Remote Recruiter (Dental Practices)
Location: Remote (Arizona-based preferred)
Compensation: Based on experience
Description:
- We are seeking a Remote Recruiter with experience hiring for dental practices. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for positions such as Dentists, Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Front Desk/Patient Coordinators, and Office Managers.
- Arizona-based candidates are preferred, but this is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for dental office positions
- Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain organized recruiting records
- Partner with clients/hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Post jobs on job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and dental offices
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
- Help maintain a positive candidate experience from first contact to placement
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting experience required
- Experience recruiting for dental practices strongly preferred
- Ability to recruit for roles such as hygienists, assistants, front office staff, and dentists
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple open positions at once
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Based in Arizona (preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
- Staffing agency experience is a plus
