Remote Sales Agent

Work Hours or Shifts: Monday - Friday 9am EST - 6pm EST

Salary: Base hourly pay + UNCAPPED COMMISSION!

Weed Man Lawn Care is America's #1 lawn care franchise and we are immediately hiring for a Sales Specialist!! We are a part of a multi-franchised owned business with five locations in Lexington, KY, Nashville, TN, Cincinnati, OH, Memphis, TN, and East Tampa, FL.

We are looking for experienced telephone Sales Representatives to join our growing team, preferably those that possess great closing skills and who are confident they can sell lawn care making outbound calls. You will also receive sales and agronomic training for the first three weeks.

We are growing rapidly and are heavily investing in our outbound lead strategy that is producing incredible opportunities for our sales agents.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote, work from home position

What's expected of me as a Sales Associate?

• Follow up and reach out to hot/warm leads generated by our Marketing/Door knocking crews.
• Upsell enhancement services to existing customers
• Provide great customer service
• Meet daily and weekly KPI’s
• Strong personal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST
• No cold calling
