SDRs play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. This is a remote role with occasional visits to our Chicago office (once per quarter or as needed).You will be under the leadership of a highly experienced sales leader who has demonstrated success in developing and leading high performing SDR teams. You will have the latest and greatest sales tools and technologies to be successful.
What we need:
Prospect for new business relationships within an assigned territory using excellent communication skills, company marketing materials, and strong follow-ups
Develop a solid knowledge across Datassential’s product suite including value proposition and customer success stories
Forecast and deliver a set number of qualified leads each month
Effectively utilize Datassential's CRM system (Salesforce.com)
Meet with sales team weekly to discuss key targets and collateral
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a sales development role, having managed email & cold-calling volume with targets of approximately 60+calls/ 50+ emails per day.
Develop expertise in working with CRM, pipelines, contracts, and formal presentations.
Some travel to industry conferences and company events as needed

What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing or equivalent experience
Business level of English, both written and verbal
1-3 years of experience as a sales development representative, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and prospecting tools such as Groove, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

Base salary range for this role is between $55,000 and $60,000, plus commission, with on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $70,000 to $80,000+. Actual compensation within the stated range will be determined based on factors such as skills, relevant experience, and work location.
