Salary: $12.00 – $15.00 USD per hour (Based on experience) + CommissionSchedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M, ET.
Pipeline Generation & Outreach
Proactively prospects and engages potential clients through high-volume outbound activity, including phone calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
Identifies and qualifies leads to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities into the sales funnel.
Clearly articulates the value proposition of various services, tailoring messaging to address specific customer pain points and business goals.
Consultative Selling & Relationship Management
Leverages experience in service-based sales to guide potential clients through the initial stages of the sales process.
Develops and maintains strong rapport with prospects, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
Acts as a brand ambassador, representing the client’s values and expertise in every interaction.
Market Intelligence & Adaptation
Stays up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and evolving service offerings.
Quickly grasps new concepts and industries to effectively position complex consulting solutions.
Maintains meticulous records of outreach and lead status within the company’s CRM and sales enablement platforms.
Experience: 1+ years of sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates from consulting or service-based backgrounds.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to connect and build rapport with diverse professional audiences.
Tech Savvy: Hands-on familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other modern sales enablement platforms.
