Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (100% Work From Home) 

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 – $15.00 USD per hour (Based on experience) + Commission
 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M, ET.

The Role 
 
Our Client is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is the "tip of the spear" for the sales organization, responsible for proactively prospecting and engaging potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a talent for connecting with people, a passion for consultative selling, and a thirst for learning the nuances of various service-based industries.
 
 

Key Responsibilities

 

Pipeline Generation & Outreach

 

  • Proactively prospects and engages potential clients through high-volume outbound activity, including phone calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Identifies and qualifies leads to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities into the sales funnel.

  • Clearly articulates the value proposition of various services, tailoring messaging to address specific customer pain points and business goals.

 

Consultative Selling & Relationship Management

 

  • Leverages experience in service-based sales to guide potential clients through the initial stages of the sales process.

  • Develops and maintains strong rapport with prospects, ensuring a professional and positive experience throughout the sales cycle.

  • Acts as a brand ambassador, representing the client’s values and expertise in every interaction.

 

Market Intelligence & Adaptation

 

  • Stays up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and evolving service offerings.

  • Quickly grasps new concepts and industries to effectively position complex consulting solutions.

  • Maintains meticulous records of outreach and lead status within the company’s CRM and sales enablement platforms.

 

Required Qualifications

 
  • Experience: 1+ years of sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates from consulting or service-based backgrounds.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to connect and build rapport with diverse professional audiences.

  • Tech Savvy: Hands-on familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other modern sales enablement platforms.

  • Mindset: A results-driven self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a high-accountability remote work environment.

  • Learning Agility: A passion for continuous learning and the ability to apply new concepts rapidly.
