Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Sales Representative to promote and sell advanced wound care products and services. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare sales, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and engage potential customers, including hospitals and clinics.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on wound care solutions.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Stay informed on industry developments and competitor activities.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare sales (wound care preferred but not required).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Compensation:
Very competitive salary based on experience, plus lucrative commission and performance incentives. Medical sales experience is required.
