Sales Team Lead – Outbound Call Center Sales

💰 Pay: $60,000/ year + commission
🕒 Schedule: 40h weekly within 7 AM – 11 PM CST

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Team Lead to help drive performance and revenue growth within our call center sales organization. In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of outbound sales representatives while ensuring strong performance against sales goals and key metrics.
This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in a high-energy sales environment, enjoys developing people, and has a proven background managing outbound call center teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outbound sales representatives
•Monitor team and individual performance metrics to ensure sales goals are achieved
•Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
•Develop strategies to improve conversion rates, call quality, and revenue performance
•Collaborate with leadership to implement sales strategies and operational improvements
•Facilitate regular sales meetings and training sessions
•Ensure team adherence to company policies and applicable industry regulations
•Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and team efficiency

Qualifications
•Minimum 3 years of outbound call center sales leadership experience
•Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to meet or exceed performance targets
•Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking
•Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
•Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment

Preferred Experience

Sales leadership experience in industries such as insurance, healthcare, travel services, or other high-value sales environments
