This may include helping organize accommodations, transportation logistics, and scheduled activities so that each element of the itinerary fits together within a clear timeline. Clear communication is essential in this role. Clients rely on accurate information about their reservations and travel plans, so you will help maintain organized documentation and ensure confirmations and itinerary details are communicated clearly.
This position is fully remote and well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others plan meaningful travel experiences while maintaining organized workflows. Training is available for all new hires to ensure familiarity with planning systems, documentation procedures, and coordination processes used to support vacation planning.
