Cape Town, South Africa (Remote / Hybrid options available) | Full-time | UK Working Hours (approx. 9 am–6 pm UK time)

Salary: R18 000 - R25 000 p/m

The Role: Resourcer – Data (Talent & CRM Specialist)

The purpose of this role is to source, structure, and maintain high-quality candidate data within the Bullhorn ATS. This position exists to ensure that all candidate information is correctly classified and easy to search to support building scalable, high-performing talent pipelines. The main focus is ensuring consultants have continuous access to accurate, well-mapped candidate data for live delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Source and identify relevant candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and internal systems.

  • Upload candidates into Bullhorn with complete data fields, including location, skills, and industry.

  • Maintain consistent data entry standards and regularly audit data for accuracy and completeness.

  • Build and maintain structured talent pools and manage hotlists for priority roles.

  • Provide targeted candidate shortlists aligned to live role specifications.

  • Monitor market movement and update CRM records based on candidate activity.

  • Ensure all candidate records are accurate, complete, and GDPR compliant.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Experience in recruitment, resourcing, data administration, or ATS management (preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Strong LinkedIn and online sourcing ability.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Comfortable working UK hours from Cape Town (Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm or 9 am-6 pm).

  • Analytical mindset with a structured and methodical approach.

  • Solid track record and no accent.

  • Experience with Bullhorn or similar CRM/ATS systems (advantageous).

Package & Remuneration
