This role sits at the intersection of sales, technology, and financial systems, supporting the full sales cycle for a fast-growing SaaS solution that integrates ERP platforms with Excel for advanced reporting and financial planning. You will act as the technical expert in the sales process, working closely with Account Executives and channel partners to demonstrate product capabilities and address complex technical and functional questions. The position plays a key role in helping finance and operations teams understand how the solution transforms reporting workflows and enables real-time decision-making. You will design and deliver tailored demonstrations that reflect real-world customer environments across multiple ERP systems. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will also influence product direction through structured feedback from the field. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical depth with commercial engagement in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the technical sales process from discovery to close, supporting both direct and partner-led opportunities.
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations aligned with customer ERP environments and financial reporting workflows.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize demo environments across platforms such as Business Central, Acumatica, and Sage Intacct.
  • Respond to in-depth technical questions related to ERP data structures, Excel integration, writeback capabilities, and financial reporting logic.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for finance stakeholders including CFOs, controllers, and FP&A teams.
  • Support partner enablement by training VARs and resellers to effectively position and demonstrate the solution.
  • Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer objections, feature requests, and market insights.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Acumatica, or Sage Intacct.
  • Strong hands-on Excel expertise, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and financial modeling.
  • Solid understanding of ERP data structures, including general ledger, chart of accounts, dimensions, and financial data flows.
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as pre-sales, solutions consulting, implementation, or technical account management.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and translate them into business value for finance professionals.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex technical discussions in a sales environment.
  • Collaborative approach with experience working alongside sales and partner teams.
