Accountabilities:
- Deliver high-quality pre-sales technical support and sales engineering expertise throughout the customer journey.
- Partner closely with sales teams to understand customer business and technical requirements and position tailored cybersecurity solutions effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities for both technical and executive audiences.
- Support sales methodology execution and ensure effective use of CRM systems and internal operational processes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with customer expectations.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers by providing guidance on cloud security, automation, and security operations best practices.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and industry events as a cybersecurity thought leader and brand representative.
- Contribute feedback to product management teams regarding customer requirements, product enhancements, and market trends.
- Support achievement of quarterly and annual sales objectives by driving technical validation and customer confidence during sales cycles.
- Maintain accountability for internal systems, reporting accuracy, and effective cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced growth environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within SaaS cybersecurity environments.
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Cloud Security, Email Security, or related security operations platforms.
- Fluency in both French and English is required; Spanish language skills are considered a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with major public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Practical scripting or programming knowledge using tools such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or APIs.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, technical discovery processes, and pre-sales best practices.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Experience working with large enterprise or Fortune 1000 organizations is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and customer focus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-growth remote environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for customer meetings, events, and industry engagements.
