The Role: Sales Operations Specialist- German

The Sales Operations Specialist exists to ensure operational excellence, data accuracy, and process compliance within the organization. This role contributes to the business by maintaining a transparent account allocation system and supporting accurate commission and performance analytics. The main focus areas include account management, quality control, and administrative oversight of sales team data.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Utilize experience in Sales Operations, Sales Controlling, or a related field to manage daily tasks.

  • Coordinate account transfers during new hires and internal rotations while ensuring adherence to allocation rules.

  • Support the calculation and validation of sales commissions and verify quantitative metrics such as contract closures.

  • Review qualitative criteria, including customer quality, location attractiveness, and service offerings.

  • Monitor sales-related data to identify inconsistencies and initiate corrective actions.

  • Track sales team vacation days to ensure fair adjustments to targets and commissions.

  • Support the development and improvement of reporting structures.

  • Manage data using Excel and Salesforce, with Looker as a nice-to-have tool.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Controlling, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in German and English.

  • Strong data handling skills in Excel and Salesforce.

  • Analytical thinking and high attention to detail with a structured working style.

  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive data.

  • Experience with Looker (nice-to-have).
