Candidate Requirements
Essential:
• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across South Africa
• Self-motivated, independent worker
• Eager to learn, coachable and adaptable
Desirable:
• Post-matric qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or similar
• Experience working with retail stock lists and retail distribution
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales or field sales
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior sales training or related certification
