We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing analytics solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building dashboards, datasets, dataflows, recipes, and reporting solutions that provide actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making across Sales, Service, and Operations functions.

Job Description and Skill Details:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing analytics solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building dashboards, datasets, dataflows, recipes, and reporting solutions that provide actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making across Sales, Service, and Operations functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM) dashboards, lenses, datasets, and reports.
- Build and Eligible to workimize Dataflows, Recipes, and Data Sync processes to support analytics and reporting requirements.
- Develop SAQL and SOQL queries for advanced reporting, custom calculations, dashboard filters, and drill-down analysis.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards with bindings, dynamic filters, parameters, and custom JSON configurations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce and external enterprise data sources to create unified reporting and analytics platforms.
- Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting solutions for business and leadership teams.
- Implement data modeling, data transformation, and data quality controls to ensure accurate reporting.
- Troubleshoot analytics issues, Eligible to workimize dashboard performance, and provide production support.
- Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
