Introduction

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering Salesforce solutions that improve processes and support digital transformation. The role focuses on requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and successful project delivery within an Agile environment.

Hybrid - 3 Days On-Site

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements to define functional solutions
  • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce configurations and process improvements
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, support testing, deployments, and user adoption initiatives
  • Produce functional documentation, process maps, training materials, and user guides
  • Ensure solutions align with governance, compliance, and best practice standards

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or CRM Consultant
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and business processes
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with Marketing Cloud exposure being advantageous
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, user story creation, and functional documentation
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Salesforce certifications and relevant tertiary qualifications are beneficial
